Service Requests

Submitting a service request or selecting an appointment time is a request only. An appointment is not final until TK Automotive reviews the vehicle information and confirms the appointment.

Service Location

Most services are performed at the customer's home, workplace, or another approved location within Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding areas. The location must be safe, legal, and accessible for the work requested. Some larger repairs may need to be completed at the business owner's location. TK Automotive will confirm the location before the appointment.

Accurate Vehicle Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle year, make, model, mileage, and issue details. Inaccurate information may change the scope, price, or feasibility of the service.

Estimates and Approval

Estimates are based on the information available before inspection. Additional work is performed only after the customer approves it.

Payment and Deposits

Payment is due when the approved work is completed unless agreed otherwise. First-time customers may be required to submit a deposit before an appointment is confirmed. See the Cancellation and Deposit Policy.

Limitations

Certain repairs cannot be safely performed outside a shop environment. TK Automotive may decline or reschedule work when conditions, weather, access, or equipment requirements make on-site service unsafe or impractical.
